After driving up to this for the past year, it's about time we start work on our much needed curb appeal.
After noticing most of our railing was either rotted or infested with carpenter bees, we decided to take all existing railing down and start over. We even had a bit of a surprise when we found the original stairs still in tact under the added porch.
Last summer we were in search of Barn Door Rollers and were thrilled when we found Pete's Place in Hollis, Maine. This time around we found some great hardware pieces we hope to incorporate into the house. Clockwise from top left: Antique Mail Slots, Milk Crate and Milk Bottle, Old Cast Iron Barn Handles, Industial Sized Clips, Fun Finds, Cast Iron Wooden Pulley.
We flew up to Maine for Chrisanna and Andrew's Wedding and were able to spend some quality time with Jane and Garry! We cruised along the coast ~ hitting some antique stores and one amazing flea market! The Smiths played a round of golf and it wouldn't be a trip to Maine without Lobster Rolls!
